Meizu is a Chinese Consumer Electronic Company and one of the top and best smartphone manufacturer. Established in 2003, also known as Xiaomi’s biggest and closest rival in China.
Meizu has announced via its social network accounts that it is entering to Indian markets very soon. For those of you who haven’t heard of meizu before actually it used to make music players in the Chinese markets and jumped in the smartphone arena with the launch of M8 smartphone, which ran on Windows CE 6. It was the only smartphone from the company to not run Android apart from a variant of MX3, which runs on Ubuntu. Like Xiaomi, Meizu has also his own customized rom based on Android called Flyme Os.
The company has also posted image of Meizu m1 note which is slated to be “Coming soon”. M1 note might be the first device to be launched in India. Though, the company has not exposed any information related to the launch date and pricing of its products in India.
Coming to specification of Meizu M1 note it boasts 5.5 inch IGZO full hd 1080×1920 capacitive touchscreen with 403ppi density with corning gorilla glass 3 protection, it has 64bit Mediatek MT6752 Chipset featuring Octa-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-T760 GPU, 2GB RAM ,dual sim 4G , The phone also packs 13MP rear camera, 5MP front shooter, and comes with variants of 16 or 32GB storage with no sd card slot. All this backed up by a non-removable 3140 mAh battery. The phone on flyme OS over the top of Android OS, v4.4.4 (KitKat).
